Each spring we grow a selection of vegetable, herb, and flower starts here at Four Oaks Farm for local gardeners. Plants are available by preorder, with pickup at the farm in May.

All plants are started here at Four Oaks Farm in our greenhouse. We choose varieties that perform well for us here in our Missouri gardens and grow them to a sturdy size so they’re ready to transplant once the weather warms.
1. Place your preorder during the March ordering window.
2. We grow your plants in our greenhouse through early spring.
3. Pick them up at the farm once they’re ready in May.
Pickup instructions are emailed to customers before the pickup date.

All plants must be picked up at the farm during the scheduled pickup day.
Some years we end up with a few extra plants after preorder pickups. When that happens, the Spring Plant Pre-sale email list is the first place we announce them.
Every spring we grow these plants with our local climate in mind. The varieties we offer are ones that perform well for us and for many of our customers.
